摘　　要：运用生命周期理论将区域科技信息服务系统风险管理分为选择期风险管理、形成期风险管理、运行期风险管理、成熟期风险管理和衰退期风险管理五个阶段,结合协同理论分析区域科技信息服务内部各种序参量协同发展过程和区域科技信息服务系统生命周期各个阶段中主要风险类型,建立区域科技信息服务协同风险管理的生命周期模型,提出区域科技信息服务风险管理应与区域科技信息服务生命周期系统协同发展。Using the life cycle theory, the risk management of regional science and technology information service system can be divided into selection stage, formation, running period, maturation and the collapse of the five stages.Combining synergy theory analysis, the all kinds of regional science and technology information service internal order parameter collaborative develop-ment process and the main risk types of regional science and technology information service system life cycle stages are analyzed. The regional science and technology information service risk management should be coordinated development of regional scientific and technological information service life cycle system is proposed.
