摘　　要：Cajal间质细胞(ICC)是一类主要分布于胃肠道的间质细胞,其主要功能是参与胃肠基本电节律的调控和神经递质信号的转导。目前认为,ICC的发育分化障碍、结构或分布异常、ICC网络缺失,ICC病理损害,衰老时的凋亡或退行性变均可能是胃肠动力障碍性疾病发生的关键组织病理学机制。该文就ICC的形态学、功能特点,以及与胃肠动力疾病相关性等进行综述。Interstitial cells of Cajal （ICCs） are a kind of cells mainly found in the gastrointestinal tract. The main function of the ceils is participating the regulation of gastrointestinal electrical rhythm and neuro-transmitters signal transduction. Currently,it＇s considered that the main mechanisms of gastrointestinal motility disorders maybe related to the disorders of development and differentiation, abnormal structure and distribution of ICC, ICC network loss, pathological damage, apoptosis or degenerative changes. Here is to make a review of the progress in research of ICCs in terms of their origin, morphology, function, and related diseases.
