摘　　要：近年来随着老年手术患者的不断增加,围术期老年的免疫状态与预后的话题日益得到重视。老年患者存在年龄相关的免疫功能特点,而且围术期多种应激事件都会引起老年患者免疫系统成分和功能的急性改变,并可能引起相对长时间的免疫功能抑制或免疫功能失调。阐明围术期老年患者免疫功能的诸多影响因素以及对临床预后的影响,并探讨围术期通过可能的干预手段调节免疫状态,都将对改善老年患者的临床预后有积极意义。Along with the increase of elderly surgical patients in recent years, the topics of perioperative immune status and prognosis of elderly patients is becoming more and more important. Immune function of the elderly patients has age-related features, and various stressful events happen in perioperative period will cause acute changes of the composition and function of the immune system in elderly patients and may cause a relatively long period of immune suppression or immune dysfunction. Clarifying various influencing factors of perioperative immune function in elderly patients and their impact on clinical outcomes, and exploring possible intervention methods which may modulate the immune status, will have positive significance for improving the clinical prognosis of elderly patients.
