摘 要:超声弹性成像,作为一种全新的成像技术,具有无辐射等特性,能提供组织弹性等力学特征,能方便、无创地显示病变部位及性质等。近些年应用于肝脏疾病,如肝纤维化和肝硬化的无创性研究方面取得较好的结果,对疾病的分期、分级及指导用药方面起到一定的作用,具有广阔的应用前景。该文就超声弹性成像,包括瞬时弹性成像、实时弹性成像的原理和在诊断肝纤维化方面的应用价值以及此项技术的局限性进行综述。Ultrasound elastography is a new nonradiative imaging technique, which can provide tissue mechanical characteristics such as elasticity so as to conveniently and noninvasively show the lesion sites and their nature and so on. In recent years, the application of ultrasound elastography in the non-invasive diagnosis of liver diseases, such as liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis achieves very good results, and plays an important role in the disease staging, grading, and drug usage ,which brings this technique broad application prospects. Here is to make a review of the principle of elasticity imaging, including transient elastography and real-time elastography, and its application value in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis, moreover, the limitations of this technology.
