老年性肺结核X线、CT影像学特点分析

摘　　要：老年肺结核患者临床症状不典型,极易被其他病征掩盖、易误诊。其影像表现为多样性,典型征象少,病变部位不固定。CT对老年肺结核的诊断准确率显著高于X线胸片。该文通过实际工作及参阅相关资料,分析老年性肺结核临床及影像学特点,结合临床对X线与CT诊断老年性肺结核的效果、鉴别诊断要点及影像学特点进行综述,以进一步提高其影像学诊断准确率。The clinical feature of senile pulmonary tuberculosis is usually atypical which makes it easily concealed by other symptoms and results in misdiagnosis. The imaging features of such patients are generally diverse and have very little typical manifestation and lesion sites in common. The accurate rate of diagnosis by computed tomography is superior to X-ray. Here is to make a review of the chnieal and imaging features of senile pulmonary tuberculosis by comparing the capacity, key points of X-ray and CT in diagnosing senile pulmonary tuberculosis, in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of senile pulmonary tuberculosis.
