摘 要:腰背部是人体躯干的承重部位,其解剖结构较为复杂,病变多种多样。传统的影像学诊断方法有X线、CT、磁共振成像(MRI)。随着超声诊断仪器及诊断技术的迅速发展,高频超声检查凭借其安全、无创、价格低廉、短期内可重复检查、实时成像尤其是对软组织细微结构的显示优于CT和MRI等优势,在肌肉骨骼系统疾病诊断中发挥更重要的作用。该文就高频超声在腰背部肌肉骨骼系统疾病诊断中的应用进行综述。As the weight-bearing area of human trunk, lumbar region not only has complex anatomical structures but suffers from diverse diseases. Traditionally, the diagnostic methods of lumbar disorders include X-ray, computed tomogaphy and magnetic resonance imaging. With the speedy development of diasonograph and ultrasonic diagnostic technique, high frequency ultrasound has many advantages such as high safety, noninvasive,low cost, repeatable examination in the short run, real-time imaging, and especially, superior imaging in fine structure of soft tissue to CT and MRI, so it plays a vital role in the diagnosis of muscu|oskeletal diseases. Here is to make a review of the application of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of the lumbar musculoskeletal disorders.
