探讨晚期癌症患者的疼痛控制与生命质量

摘　　要：目的探讨晚期癌症患者的疼痛评估与疼痛控制,提高患者生命质量。方法选择2011年1月至2012年12月泰兴市人民医院收治的晚期癌症患者168例,对所有患者进行疼痛评估,根据患者疼痛程度给予有效缓解疼痛的措施。结果通过各种合理有效的止痛措施后,168例患者中疼痛完全缓解64例,明显缓解92例,部分缓解12例,有效率达92.86%,且无严重的不良反应。结论对晚期癌症患者进行各种有效的疼痛控制措施,可减轻患者痛苦,提高患者生命质量。Objective To explore the pain assessment and pain control of patients with advanced cancer,aiming at improving their life quality. Methods A total of 168 cases of patients with advanced cancer admitted in Taixing People＇s Hospital from Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2012were collected and made pain assessment. The patients were given effective treatment to relieve the pain according to their level of pain. Results After treatment, there were 64 patients out of the 168 completely relieving the pain, and 92 patients getting obvious relief, as well as 12 patients getting partial relief of pain, which made the effective rate 92.86%. Besides, there were no serious adverse reactions among the patients. Conclusion Using effective measures to help the patients with advanced cancer to control the pain can ease their suffering from the disease and improve their life quality.
