3例成人型肾母细胞瘤CT、MRI表现及文献复习

摘　　要：目的评价成人型肾母细胞瘤的CT与MRI诊断价值。方法采集来自南京医科大学第一附属医院24年中(至2012年5月止)的随访资料、病案室统计与病理科档案,回顾性分析在经手术和病理证实的3例成人型肾母细胞瘤患者的临床表现及CT、MRI影像表现。结果 2例行CT检查,表现为囊实性较大肿块,肿块边缘见块样及小片状钙化,内部密度不均,周围有假包膜形成,增强后轻度不均匀强化。1例行MRI检查,呈不规则团块状异常信号影,信号不均,病变邻近肾静脉及腔静脉见癌栓。结论 CT及MRI在成人型肾母细胞瘤的诊断尚无特征性表现,肿瘤分期上具有较大的价值。Objective To evaluate tile diagnostic value of CT and MR1 imaging in the adult nephroblastn- ma. Methods The follow-up data,medical records and pathology rex：hives from the First Affiliated tlospital of Nanjing Medical University during the past 24 years（ by the end of May 2012 ） were collected. The clinical nmnitestation and CT, MRI imaging characteristics of three patients with adult nephroblastmna cnnfirmed by CT, MRI and pattmtogical examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results CT examination was peffnrmed in 2 patients. The lesions showed as solid and cystic component combined with marginal calcification,and pseudocap- sule was seen around the lesions. After contrast administration, the lesions showed as heterogeneous enhancement. MRI examination was performed in 1 patient. The abnormal signal mass was mixed by hemorrhagic and necrotic signal,combining with tumor thrombus lining to the center of the right atrium. Conclusion CT and MRI have no distinctive value in the diagnosis of adult nephroblastnma,but can help in staging the lesions.
