摘  要:黄草峡属于中洪水激流滩,位于长寿城区下游约9 km,黄牛岭一侧159~ 163 m平台对水流影响较大,影响上行船舶的安全航行并缩短了船舶的通航周期.当黄草峡水位超过162 m以后,左岸一侧会产生大范围的滑梁水、急流等碍航流态,束窄航槽,影响船舶通行,尤其是上行通行.通过分析黄草峡河段目前存在的航槽水深和流态问题,为了改善当前的不良通航条件,提出了工程可行性研究和数学模型2种比选方案.并通过二维数学模型对2种方案在该河段实测的水位流量的控制条件下的论证研究,分析数模计算结果,得出2种方案各有优缺点.因此,应根据具体需求选出最佳方案作为推荐整治方案.Huangcao Gorge is located approximately 9km downstream of Changshou District of Chongqing City. Torrent flow and over-ledge current are formed in the lower reach at Huangniu ridge (the left bank) when the water level exceeds 162m. The safe navigation (especially upward navigation ) is affected and the navigation cycle is shortened by this flow regime. To improve the navigation condition, we analyzed the water depth and flow pattern in the navigation channel, and proposed two schemes of rock blasting and demonstrated them by establishing 2-D mathematical models (with measured water level and flow as control conditions). By analyzing the computation re- suits, we concluded that both the schemes could meet the requirement, but scheme 1 (simple blasting to the de- signed elevation) is cost-saving but couldn' t enhance the navigable flow condition much ; whereas scheme 2 ( by cutting slope and blasting the rock platform at 159-163m) effectively improves the flow condition. Measures should be taken according to specific requirements and budget conditions.
