三元乙丙衬垫防水系统在天津杨柳青高尔夫俱乐部人工湖的应用

摘　　要：美国卡莱尔的宽幅三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材具有弹性好、柔软、耐用年限长、可适应各种地形、防渗性能优异的特点,非常适合用于各种人工湖、水池等工程的防水衬垫。本文介绍了该防水衬垫在天津杨柳青高尔夫俱乐部人工湖防水工程中的应用。施工时,防水衬垫松铺在基层上,在各个节点与薄弱部位采用配套的密封材料组成多道设防的局部补强层;湖周边采用混凝土压顶固定法,局部混凝土立面采用满粘法施工,上口配合收头压条采用机械收头。The wide EPDM rubber waterproofing membrane from U.S. Carlisle Company possesses excellent elasticity, flexibility, durability, impermeability, and it can be applied on various terrains, so it is very good to be the waterproofing lining in various artificial lakes, pools etc. The article introduces the application of this lining in the waterproofing work of Tianjin Yangliuqing Golf Club＇s artificial lake. During application, the lining should be laid on the substrate loosely; at each joint and weak part, supporting sealing materials should be used to form a multi-layer reinforcement at these locations; the lining is fastened by concrete coping around the lake rim, partial concrete vertical face should employ the method of full adhesion, trim strips should be used for end closing of the top joint, and the ends are closed by machine.
