1913年的确证与犹疑:中国红十字会开封分会创建记述辨析

摘　　要：清末以来,开封辖境内不少机构或个人即有参与红十字运动者,时刊亦多有记载。现行资料对近代开封红十字组织成立时间的记载虽相对较为统一,多持1913年建会说,然而查核相关材料可知此说并不准确。中国红十字会开封分会正式成立最早也应为1914年。基于相关材料得出的1918年正式建会说虽有可能,但仍有待其他资料进一步补证。Since the late Qing dynasty,many institutions or individuals were involved in the Red Cross movement within Kaifeng territory. Publications have also recorded at that time. Current information about Red Cross organization established in Kaifeng hold that Kaifeng branch built in 1913. Though it is relatively uniform,related materials indicated that it isn＇t accurate. Kaifeng branch was formally established the earliest also should be in 1914. The View of 1918 based on Relevant materials should be possible,but it still need other data to prove.
