从六气角度探讨北京地区伤寒与气象变动的相关性

摘　　要：目的根据中医运气学说理论,从六气角度探讨伤寒发病与气象变动的相关性,讨论各气象因素对伤寒发病的影响。方法回顾北京市1985—2004年907例伤寒发病人数及相应的气象资料,包括平均气温、平均降水量、平均湿度、平均水汽压及平均风速。将各气象因子与伤寒发病数据按六气分段进行相关性分析。分别将前一年和当年的气象资料与伤寒发病人数进行单因素相关分析,将相关性较高的气象因子纳入多元逐步回归方程,建立回归模型,比较二者的关联性。结果终之气、初之气为伤寒低发时期,三之气和四之气期间为高发时期,三之气最高。伤寒的发病与前一年平均气温、平均降水量、平均湿度、平均水汽压呈正相关,与平均风速呈负相关(P<0.05),与前一年的平均气温和平均降水量呈显著相关。结论北京地区伤寒的发病与气象变化有明显的关联性。不同的气象因子对伤寒流行的影响程度不同。伤寒的发病与前一年的气温、降水有密切的关系,根据前一年不同时段的气象资料,对下一年伤寒的流行可能有预警作用。Objective To investigate the correlation between incidence of typhoid fever and climate changes in Beijing from the perspective of Six -qi. Methods Meteorological data and clinical data were collected in Beijing from 1985 to 2004 including： average temperature, water- vapor pressure, relative humidity, precipitation and wind speed. Each year was divided into six stages from the perspective of Six - qi theory. Correlation between incidence of typhoid fever and climate changes was analyzed with SPSS19.0 in method of one - factor ANOVA and multiple linear regression. Results The outcome number of typhoid fever in the third stage was larger than other stages. The inci- dence of typhoid fever was positively correlated with average temperature, relative humidity, water - vapor pressure and precipitation, the correlation was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The incidence of typhoid fever in Beijing was correlated with climate changes. Different meteorological factors inordinately influenced the inci- dence of typhoid fever. It is feasible to predict the prevalence of typhoid fever by using the meteorological data in previous year.
