我国上市物流企业绩效评价实证分析

摘　　要：绩效评价有利于物流企业正确评判其实际经营水平、全面监督其资源配置。基于数据包络分析方法构建上市物流企业经营绩效评价模型,对我国27家上市物流企业分行业进行绩效研究,并进一步对绩效指标进行敏感性分析。研究表明,我国上市物流企业总体绩效不高;灵敏度分析显示总资产、主营业务收入和主营业务成本对总体绩效的影响较大,而职工人数、每股收益影响较小。Performance evaluation could help logistic enterprise to correctly judge its actual operation level and supervising its resource configuration in the round. Based on Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） method, the operational performance evaluation model of listed logistic enterprise was established, which used to make performance study on 27 listed logistic enterprises in China at industry level and further make sensitivity analysis on performance indices. The performance study shows the general performance of listed logistic enterprises in China was not high; and the sensitivity analysis shows total assets, main business income and main business cost have great influence on general performance, while staff number and earnings per share have less influence on general performance.
