采收方式对烤烟上部烟叶质量的影响

摘　　要：研究了上部烟叶不同采收方式对云烟85上部烟叶的外观质量、化学成分和中性致香成分含量的影响,探讨了最适宜凉山烟区云烟85的采收方式。结果表明,云烟85上部烟叶分2次采收的烟叶外观质量较好,烟叶化学成分较协调,烟叶吸食质量较高。说明凉山烟区云烟85上部烟叶的最佳采收方式是充分成熟,分2次采收。Influence of harvesting methods for appearance quality, chemical composition and nutral aromatic composition of upper leaves of Yunyan 85 was studied to approach the optimum harvesting method for Yunyan 85, the most suitable variety for liangshan area. The results showed that Yunyan 85 upper leaf tobacco twice harvest had better quality, more harmonic chemical composition and smoking quality. The best way for Liangshan Yunyan 85 upper leaf tobacco harvest is fully mature twice harvest.
