摘  要:以双氰胺、甲醛为原料,合成双氰胺-甲醛树脂(DDF),再以甲醇为醚化剂,合成醚化DDF树脂.探讨了n(DDF树脂)∶n(甲醇)、醚化反应pH、醚化温度、醚化时间等因素对醚化DDF树脂的影响.通过测试分析了DDF树脂醚化前后羟甲基含量、游离甲醛含量及其脱色率和CODCr去除率.结果表明,醚化反应的优化工艺条件为:n(DDF树脂)∶n(甲醇)=1∶3.2,醚化反应pH为1.8-2.7,醚化温度为50℃,醚化时间为4 h;经优化醚化工艺合成的DDF树脂和未醚化的DDF树脂中游离甲醛含量分别为0.3%和1.2%,用于处理某印染厂废水,脱色率分别为87.72%和88.50%,CODCr去除率分别为71.03%和72.34%.DDF树脂醚化后游离甲醛含量下降较大,但脱色絮凝效果略下降.Dicyandiamide formaldehyde (DDF) resin was synthesized by dicyandiamide and formaldehyde, and then etherified by methanol to obtain the etherified DDF. The effects of molar ratio of DDF and methanol, pH, etherification temperature and time on the etherified DDF were investigated. The content of hydroxymeth-yl and free formaldehyde, the decolorization rate and CODCr removal rate were tested and contrasted. The re-sults indicated that when the DDF and methanol was 1∶3.2, pH was 1.8-2.7, at the temperature of 50 ℃ for 4 h. The content of free formaldehyde in the DDF and etherified DDF was about 1.2% and 0.3%, respectively. They were applied in the dyeing wastewater treatment and the decolorization rate of DDF and etherified DDF was 88.50% and 87.72%, respectively. The CODCr removal rate was 72.34% and 71.03%, respectively. The content of free formaldehyde of the etherified DDF greatly reduced, however, the flocculation effect de-creased slightly.
