摘  要:为了探讨莱麻纤维的可纺性,对莱麻纤维的形貌、组成、强伸性能、弹性、卷曲性、体积比电阻等进行了测试.结果表明:莱麻纤维的横截面为锯齿形,纵向有沟槽,与普通粘胶纤维相近;红外光谱特征与普通粘胶纤维相近;断裂强度高于普通粘胶纤维,断裂伸长率低于普通粘胶纤维,湿模量明显高于普通粘胶纤维;急弹性及弹性回复率均高于普通粘胶纤维;回潮率实测值为9.8%,小于普通粘胶纤维;卷曲数较低,卷曲率不足,卷曲回复率、卷曲弹性率小于普通粘胶纤维;体积比电阻高于普通粘胶纤维.In order to investigate the Lightma fiber spinnability, the appearance, composition, breaking strength and elongation, flexibility, crimp ability, and volume specific resistance were measured. The results showed that the cross section of Lightma fiber was zigzag and the longitudinal had several obvious stripes, which was similar with that of viscose fiber. The infrared spectra of Lightma fiber were consistent with those of viscose fiber. The breaking strength was exceeded than those of viscose fiber, the elongation at break were lower than those of viscose fiber and initial modulus at wet state were exceeded than those of viscose fiber. The rapid elasticity and elastic recovery rate of Lightma fiber were al exceeded than those of viscose fi-ber. The moisture regain of Lightma fiber was 9.8%, which was lower than that of viscose fiber. The crimp number, crimp ration and elastic recovery of curl rate of Lightma fiber were al lower than those of viscose fi-ber. The volume specific resistance of Lightma fiber were higher than those of viscose fiber.
