摘　　要：索罗娜和涤纶由于纤维特性的不同,可以采用分散染料实现一浴染色双色效果。在实际生产时,坯定、染料选择、染色、成定工艺都要管控好。采用如下工艺:95℃,20 min缩练,坯定150℃,20 Y,E型和SE型染料98℃染色,S型染料130℃染色,130℃,21 Y成定。利用上述工艺所染织物规格、缩率、水洗牢度均符合要求,且织物有明显的双色效果。Due to different fiber characteristics, SORONA/T blended fabric with two-color effect can be obtained by using disperse dye through one bath dyeing method. Presetting process and selection of dye, as well as setting and dyeing process should be controlled in the actual produce. Not only the specification, shrinkage and washing fastness of fabric could meet the requirements, but also the fabric may show obvious two-color effect under the following process： shrinking and scouring at 95℃ for 20 min, presetting at 150℃, 20 Y, dyeing with E type and SE type dyes at 98℃ and S type dye at 130℃ respectively, setting at 130 ℃, 21 Y.
