摘 要:针对城市轨道交通部分线路存在的上下班高峰客流突出的问题,通过分析客流需求与折返条件、信号及乘客引导等运输技术设备的特点,根据客流在时空和方向的分布情况,提出工作日高峰期采用不均衡运输的组织方式,在不增加上线列车数的条件下,通过对有限运力的时空分配进行优化,把运力集中安排到尖峰客流的时段、区段和方向中,形成一个单向超高峰,有效疏运高峰大客流,从而实现满足客流需求、降低满载率以及有效提高运营服务水平的目标。实践证明,该优化方案既能满足运营服务的需要,又能达到节能高效的目的,对地铁运营单位和设计单位的运输组织以及车辆段规划设计具有重要的参考价值。According to the prominent passenger flow peak in the peak hours of weekdays on urban rail lines, we analyzed the characteristics of passenger demand, turn-back conditions, signal configuration and passenger guidance devices, etc., and then proposed unbalanced traffic organization mode in the peak of weekdays according to spatial and temporal distribution of passengers. The organization modes requires optimized layout of the limited transport capacities for the dense traffic sections, periods and directions by forming a one-way super-peak to diverse peak passengers through optimization and adjustment rather than adding additional trains to reduce the full-load ratio for traffic volumes, and improve the service quality. Practical application proved the validity of the optimized scheme, which cannot only satisfy the need of operation service, but also save energy. The research work will be a useful guidance to the transport organization for operation division and depot design and plan of urban rail transit.
