摘 要:城市轨道交通运营隧道巡检目前仍以人工纸质记录与拍照取样为主要手段,难以实现隧道巡检信息关联、跟踪和共享,难以及时评估和掌握隧道技术状态。为解决这些问题,利用RFID(射频识别)、GIS(地理信息系统)、PDA(个人数字助理)等信息技术,研发运营隧道巡检系统与装备。系统装备实现对隧道巡检轨迹、隧道技术状态、问题以及处置结果等信息的自动化与半自动化电子记录,并通过3G网络实时传送至运营监控中心,对巡检问题实现闭环处置与留痕记录,克服长期以来隧道巡检依靠人工纸质记录的不足,提高隧道巡检的信息化水平,降低隧道巡检的劳动强度,有利于及时掌控城市轨道交通隧道技术状态。研究成果对城市轨道交通隧道巡检工作及日常养护维修工作的信息化,具有一定的促进作用。Manual paper records and photographs are the main tools for tunnel inspection in urban rail transit. In order to ensure tunnel inspection-related information can be shared and monitored, and be easily, rapidly and correctly evaluated in the mean time correspondently, based on RFID, GIS and PDA, equipment and information system were developed. The information of tunnel inspection tracks, technical condition of tunnels, problems or hidden troubles and their disposals will be automatically or semi- automatically recorded and submitted to the operation control center in real time through 3G network, so that a record of inspection was kept and closed - loop disposal was realized. Such a system changes the situation that tunnel inspection relied on artificial paper records ever before and improves efficiency of tunnel inspection and reduces labor intensity. The system is helpful to grasp and control the technology state of urban rail transit tunnel in time. Research results play a certain role in promoting informatization and daily maintenance and repair of urban rail transit tunnel inspection.
