摘 要:开关磁阻电机(SRM)由于其工作可靠、效率高等特点而备受关注。但由于SRM驱动系统前级整流一般采用二极管不控方式,网侧谐波畸变率较大,对电网污染较严重。因此,此处研究和设计了一种基于脉宽调制(PWM)整流器的SRM驱动系统并给出基于DSP+PLC控制系统的具体硬件和软件设计方法。对硬件主回路部分器件进行了选型,并介绍了系统软件部分流程图。用工程技术研究中心对拖电机来模拟现场,对现场实验波形进行了分析,得出了整流器在电动时接近单位功率,有效减少了谐波的产生。同时,电机相电流基本为方波,减小了电机脉动。Switched reluctance motor(SRM) is paid more and more attention due to its reliable work and the efficiency high characteristic.However,the preamp rectifier of system is generally obtained by the way of diode is not in possession of way, so the system harmonic is larger, polluting to the power grid.Therefore ,the design of SRM drive system based on pulse width modulation (PWM) rectifier is proposed.Hardware and software design methods based on DSP+PLC is given,and the selection and design of main circuit is introduced.Also the flowchart of the system software is given.The system is used to simulate the scene by motor dragging the motor in engineering research center. Experimental waveform is analyzed.Result shows that the rectifier working nearly in the unit power factor and reduce the harmonics effectively.Meanwhile, waveform of the phase current is square wave which can reduce the motor ripple.
