摘 要:多向模锻是从两个或更多个方向对包含在可分合模腔内的坯料施加工艺力,使坯料成形的模锻方法。它可一次成形出中空且侧壁带有凸台或多方向枝芽的复杂锻件,锻件形状尺寸更接近零件,材料利用率高,机械加工量少;锻件流线完整,抗应力腐蚀好,疲劳强度高。使锻件更好地满足了机器,电力装备、石油化工装备、航空航天装备、船舶车辆等制造行业和国防建设发展的需求,已成为锻造技术家族中一个有良好发展前景和广泛应用的分支。从上世纪50年代初,美国Cameron公司应用多向模锻技术开始,多向模锻设备和工艺在国内外得到不断地发展。为满足不断增长技术需求,应开发多向穿孔功能和穿孔方向可调多向模锻设备等五方面对当前多向模锻设备和工艺进行改进。The multi-ram forging is a die forging method that can apply loads from two or more directions to forming the billet in the separable die cavity.It can produce a hollow forgings with outside bosses or complex forgings with shoot protruding to different directions.The final shapes and dimensions of the forgings are close to the parts.Therefore higher material utilization rate is achieved,less machining needed.Further,complete in-ternal flow line of the forgings brings good stress erosion resistance and fatigue strength.All these advantages enable forgings produced using multi-ram forging method to better meet the forgings' requirements in different fields such as machinery,electric equipment,petrochemical equipment,aerospace equipment,ship and car manufacturing,national defense.Multi-ram forging has become a promising and widely-used branch in forging technology.Since the beginning of 1950s,the US company Cameron started to use multi-ram forging,multi-ram forging press and process have gained continuous development.To satisfy ever-increasing technical require-ments,five aspects such multi-ram forging presses and technology that can pierce holes in different and change-able directions should be further studied and improved.
