汽车门框式结构件焊接工艺研究及其焊接夹具设计

摘　　要：针对汽车门框焊后出现的易变形、易焊透的缺陷,设计了一套汽车门框专用焊接夹具。该夹具具有定位准确和定位夹紧迅速可靠、操作方便等特点,利用该套焊接夹具进行0.7 mm镀锌板TIG焊接试验,焊后进行了试样的金相组织测试、显微硬度试验和拉伸试验。试验结果分析表明:利用该夹具,在采用合理焊接工艺的基础上,克服了汽车门框式结构件焊后易变形的缺陷,焊件能够满足使用性能要求。For the welding of sheet metal causes the defects of easy deformation and easy penetration,a dedica-ted welding fixture is designed.The fixture applies to motorcar door framework.There are some features,such as accurate location,quick and reliable clamping,convenient operation.With the welding fixture,the TIG welding test of 0.7 mm plate is done,then,tests about micro structure,micro hardness,and tensile are done after welding.The results show that on the basis of a reasonable welding process,this fixture can meet require-ments of welding motorcar door framework structure.
