摘　　要：针对棒材生产线850吨冷剪制动器及离合器温度高频繁冒烟事故,运用WICC软件,进行了分析,提取大量数据和图形,找出了温度高冒烟的原因是离合器闭合时间过短,提出了改进接近开关触片的方法。改进后制动器及离合器温度均在45℃以下,冷剪运行平稳,剪切使用良好。Using advanced technology,this paper extracted a large of sampling data and garphic monitoring to analyse the smoking incident about the production line of 850 tons cold shear brake and clutch high-frequently, it finded out that the main reason of high temperature smoke is that clutch is closed for too short time,and put forward the improvement approach about switch contact.The improved brake and clutch temperature is below 45℃ and cold shear operation is stable and reliable.
