摘  要:文章从人口规模和消费水平两个角度共同分析了我国出境旅游的发展格局,发现目前我国出境旅游存在规模高扩张和消费高增长的局势,认为这样的发展格局是促进旅游三大市场平衡发展的动力,并通过计量分析方法,实证检验了我国出境旅游这种发展格局的影响因素。应正确看待出境旅游发展格局,积极制定并出台出境旅游的相关规章制度,切实提高出境旅游的文明程度,支持和鼓励国内旅游企业实行"走出去"战略,完善收入分配制度,优化出境旅游消费者层次。This paper from two aspects: population scale and the level of consumption, analyzes the common pattern of China's outbound tourism development, it is found that at present, China's outbound tourism is under the situation of expansion and high consumption of high growth. It is believed that such development pattern is the drive forces to promote the balance development of three major markets, and by the method of econometric analysis, empirically confirm the influence factors of outbound tourism on China. Therefore, we should correctly treat outbound tourism development pattern, and put forward relevant tourism law, rules and regulations, improve the degree of outbound tourism, support and encourage domestic tourism enterprises to implement the strategy of "going out", to perfect the income distribution system, optimization of outbound tourism consumer level.
