摘　　要：本文结合建筑企业集团的特点,构建建筑企业集团管控模式的评价指标体系,采用ANP方法确定各项指标权重,利用不确定语言多属性决策方法中IULHGM算子对不同管控模式的评价信息进行集结,确定评价结果。该模型既考虑不同层次指标之间的相互依赖和反馈关系,又降低评价信息的失真,提高集结结果的准确性,并通过算例分析验证了评价模型的科学有效性。An index system for management and control models of construction enterprise groups is proposed with the characteristics of the construction enterprise groups in this paper, The weight of every index is calculated by building an ANP modeling, and the evaluation information is aggregated by Improved Uncertain Linguistic Hybrid Geometric Mean（IULHGM） operators of Un- certain Linguistic Multiple Attribute Decision Making （ULMADM） method, so that we can determine the results of the eval- uation, The interaction and mutual relations between different factors are taken into consideration in this pattern, and the e- valuation process reduces distortion of evaluation information and improves the accuracy of the results. The case study verifies the scientific validity of the evaluation pattern.
