摘 要:采用固相反应法,在常压空气中烧结制备出了(Ca1-x-yAgxLay)3Co4O9(x=0、0.1,y=0;x=0.1,y=0.02、0.04、0.06)系列块体样品;通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜对样品的物相组成和微观结构进行了表征;研究了Ag、La双掺杂对样品热电性能参数Seebeck系数、电阻率和热导率的影响。结果表明,双掺杂可以进一步提高材料热电性能,且掺杂浓度的选择对热电性能有较大的影响;在873K时,x=0.1,y=0.02样品的ZT值最大。A series of (Ca1-x-yAgxLay)3Co4O9(x=0、0.1,y=0;x=0.1,y=0.02、0.04、0.06)were prepared by solid reaction method under normal pressure in air. The phase distributions and microstructures were characterized by Xray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The thermoelectric parameters such as Seebeck coefficient, electrical resistivity and thermal conductivity were studied to evaluate the influences of Ag and La double-doping on the thermoelectric properties. The results show that the samples of Ca3 Co4 09 double-doped with Ag and La pos- sess better thermoelectric properties comparing with single Ag doped and un-doped materials. The concentration of doped Ag and La plays an important role on the thermoelectric properties. The sample of x=0. 1, y=0. 02 has the best ZT value at 873 K.
