中亚国家区域经济合作模式、机制及其启示

摘　　要：中亚五国独立后积极发展外向型经济,参与各种区域经济合作。中亚国家参加了多个区域经济合作组织,其中最具影响力的有四个,即中亚合作组织、欧亚经济共同体、上海合作组织和中亚区域经济合作。文章对这四个组织的合作模式与合作机制进行了分析,同时对中国参与的上海合作组织和中亚区域经济合作两个组织进行了比较,为新疆参与中亚国家次区域经济合作提供了启示和参考。After their independence,Central Asian republics developed export-oriented economy positively,participated in different regional economic cooperation and joined in several regional economic cooperation organizations in which Central Asian Cooperation Organization(CA-CO)、Eurasian Economic Community(EEC)、Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO)and Central Asian Regional Economic Organization(CAREO)have distinct influence.The paper analyzes,the cooperation pattern and mechanism of four organizations,and compares the SCO with CAREC which China joined in both.Based on analyses,the author puts forward the enlightenment and proposals for Xinjiang's participation in Central Asian sub-regional economic cooperation.
