摘　　要：通过一起DF型机车因柴油机活塞环和缸套不匹配造成的差示动作故障原因分析和处理,对其他造成DF型机车差示动作的原因进行分析,制定针对性措施,杜绝因柴油机差示动作影响机车安全运用。DF locomotive differential action fault due to unsuitable between piston ring and cylinder liner is analyzed and handled and other causes are also analyzed to work out corresponding measures for eliminating such negative impact on locomotive safe operation.
