摘 要:铝合金单层网壳自重轻、耐腐蚀、易安装,在大跨空间结构体系中的应用越来越广泛。结构铝合金焊接性能较差,常用的节点连接形式为螺栓连接。为研究一种铝合金单层网壳螺栓连接节点的受力性能,进行了足尺节点的加载试验,研究了典型受力情况下节点的破坏模式、转动刚度和抗弯承载性能。试验结果表明,该节点在满足一定条件时可按刚接节点进行设计,节点的破坏模式为节点域内杆件下翼缘螺栓孔处削弱截面破坏。并建议在设计时应注意控制远离节点中心的最外排螺栓个数以保证下翼缘净截面面积。Single-layer aluminum reticulated shells (SLARSs) have many advantages such as light weight,resistance to corrosion and ease of assembly. Due to these advantages, this structure is increasingly applied in spatial structures. However, structural aluminum usually has a low welding strength, so bolt connections are commonly applied in aluminum structures. In order to study mechanical performance of joints with bolt-connections in SLARSs, a full-scale test is carried out. The failure mode, rotational stiffness and bending capacity of the joint with bolt connections are studied. The test results indicate this type of joint can be considered as rigid connection when certain conditions are satisfied. The typical failure mode is the fracture of bottom flange sections due to weakening by the bolts within joint zone. It is suggested to place limited number of bolts in the row which is the furthest from the center of gusset.
