益心舒胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗室性早搏的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益心舒胶囊与美托洛尔联合治疗室性早搏的临床疗效。方法:将52例室性早搏患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(每组26例),治疗组患者服用益心舒胶囊加美托洛尔,对照组患者服用美托洛尔。分别对两组患者进行血压、肝肾功能、脑钠肽(BNP)、左室射血分数(EF)检查,并用动态心电图检测24 h内室性早搏发生的次数并判定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.2%,对照组总有效率为65.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗组用药后心率、血压、BNP更低,EF值更高,室性早搏终止(复律)的时间更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益心舒胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗室性早搏疗效好、副作用小、安全可靠。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the efficacy of Yixinshu capsule plus metoprolol for ventricular premature beat （VPB）. METHODS： 52 patients with VPB were randomly assigned to either treatment group or control group of 26 cases each. The treatment group received Yixinshu capsule combined metoprolol, while control group received metoprolol alone. Curative efficacy was evaluated by measuring blood pressure, hepatorenal function, brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）, left ventricular ejection fraction （EF） and the frequency of VPB within 24 hours. RESULTS： The total effective rate was 96.2% in the treatment group vs. 65.4% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The heart rate, blood pressure and BNP levels were lower, EF value is higher and the time to ventricular premature termination （cardioversion） was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Yixinshu capsule plus metoprolol result in better efficacy and slight side effect for ventricular premature beat.
