凉血活血汤联合青黄膏治疗寻常型银屑病血热证60例

摘　　要：目的观察凉血活血汤联合青黄膏治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的临床疗效。方法将70例寻常型银屑病分为两组,治疗组60例给予凉血活血汤联合青黄膏;对照组10例给予阿维A胶囊联合曲安奈德尿素乳膏。两组均2周为一疗程,一疗程后观察疗效及皮损面积严重性指数(PASI)。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率70%,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前皮损PASI积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后皮损PASI积分与本组治疗前比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后PASI积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凉血活血汤联合青黄膏是治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的有效方案,可以作为血热证银屑病的常规治疗。Objective To observe the Liangxuehuoxue Decoction and Qinghuang cream therapy clinical curative effect ot blood heat ot psoriasis vudgaris. Methods 70 cases were divided into two groups with psoriasis vulgaris, treatment group of 60 cases with given Liangxuehuoxue Decoction and Qinghuang cream;10 cases were treated Acitretin Capsules and triamcinolone acetonide-urea cream.Both groups of 2 weeks for one period of treatment, observation curative effect after a period of treatment, Psoriasis Area And Severity Index （PASI）. Results Total effective rate of treatment group is 90%, total effective rate of control group is 70%, two groups of curative effect of comparative differences had no statistical significance （P〈0.05）;PASI score of the two groups before treatment difference has no statistical significance （P〈0.05）, PASI score of the two groups after treatment compared with group before treatment were statistically significant （P〈0.05）;PASI score of the two groups after treatment comparison difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Liangxuehuoxue soup and Qinghuang cream is effective for the treatment of blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris, Blood heat syndromes of psoriasis can be used as conventional treatment.
