摘　　要：对潜阳封髓丹的来源、方解、功效、主治进行了探讨。认为潜阳封髓丹比潜阳丹、封髓丹组方更为缜密,更有利于扶阳抑阴,引火归原,更适宜于阴火诸证。临证用之得当,效若桴鼓。列举潜阳封髓丹治疗口腔溃疡、牙痛、腰痛、便秘、自汗、更年期综合征、痤疮伴月经先期和习惯性便秘的医案共10则。The origin, prescription analysis, effect, and usage of Qianyang Fengsui Micropills were discussed in this study. The prescription of Qianyaug Fengsui micropills was more meticulously constructed than that of Qianyang Micropills and Fengsui Micropills. It was more beneficial for the supporting of yang and the suppressing of yin; it was able to guide the fire back to its origin more effectively; and it was more suitable to the illnesses caused by yin fire. If used properly in the clinical applications, excellent results could be expected. 10 medical cases treated by Qianyang Fengsui micropiUs were studied, including the treatment of mouth ulcer, toothache, back pain, constipation, spontaneous sweating, menopausal syndrome, acne during menstruation, and chronic constipation.
