摘　　要：对国内外超高层建筑与经济发展关系进行了对比分析,主要分析了美国、阿联酋、中国等国家300m以上超高层建筑发展状况与经济发展的相互关系。总结了超高层建筑与经济发展间的规律:超高层建筑不但反映了建造技术在一定时期内的发展情况,也反映了经济、人口发展状况,只有国民生产总值GDP达到1 500亿美元左右,且国民经济持续一个平稳的发展水平,该地区才开始建造超高层建筑,才能出现超高层建筑的蓬勃发展,GDP的积累和经济发展速度缺一不可,对未来超高层建筑发展进行了分析预测。超高层建筑从产生伊始,其高度和数量就随着经济的发展不断取得新的突破,因此超高层建筑俨然成了经济发展的一个缩影。The relationship between both domestic and foreign super-tall buildings and economic development was analyzed in this paper,which focused on the United States,the United Arab Emirates and China,and concluded the law between the super-tall buildings evolution and economic developing,which reflected the development of construction techniques in a certain period,as well as the economic and demographic development. It can be concluded that the super-tall buildings emerge in a region only the gross domestic product（ GDP） reached around US S｜ 150 billion,the super-tall buildings boom only the national economy stays in a steady level of development. The future growth of the super-tall buildings was analyzed and predicted,from the emergence,the height and number continue to achieve new breakthroughs along with the economic development,therefore the super-tall buildings have been a microcosm of the national economy.
