装配式建筑施工质量评估指标体系的建立与评估方法研究

摘　　要：结合装配式建筑施工阶段自身特点,将装配式建筑施工质量评估分为3个阶段:施工前、施工中和施工后。同时,根据装配式建筑施工阶段具体内容,建立施工质量评估指标体系,利用层次分析法确定各评估指标权重,采用模糊综合评估法对装配式建筑施工质量进行全面、综合评估,并通过实际案例进行具体应用。分析结果表明,该方法在装配式建筑施工质量评估和提出改进措施上具有较好的实用价值,弥补了我国装配式建筑施工质量评估指标体系与评估方法的空白,为相关部门采取相应措施提供一定参考。Combined with the characteristics of fabricated construction phase, the prefabricated construction quality assessment can be divided into three stages： before construction,under construction and after construction. At the same time, according to the specific content, authors set up the prefabricated construction phase construction quality assessment index system,use the analytic hierarchy process to determine evaluation index weights and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a comprehensive quality of prefabricated construction,comprehensive assessment,and take actual cases for specific applications. The analysis results show that the method in the prefabricated construction quality assessment and improvement measures are proposed having good practical value,making up for the prefabricated construction quality assessment index system and evaluation method of blank,providing certain reference for related departments to take corresponding measures.
