摘  要:随着HRB500E高强抗震钢筋的推广应用,国内各钢厂都相继研制出HRB500E高强抗震钢筋产品,通过对22,25的HRB500E高强抗震钢筋母材和焊接接头进行对比试验,分析HRB500E高强抗震钢筋电渣压力焊性能。试验结果证明,HRB500E钢筋可以进行电渣压力焊,施工中应按照"小电流、短电渣时间"的工艺特点,降低接头过热倾向。当钢筋母材实测抗拉强度小于1.12倍抗拉强度标准值,或在1.12倍标准值附近时,进行电渣压力焊后接头质量较易满足标准要求。With the popularization and application of high-strength seismic HRB500E steel bars,the corresponding products are constantly developed in China. Through the comparison test on base material and welded joints for HRB500E steel bars with 22mm and 25mm in diameter,the electroslag welding performance is analyzed. The test results prove that HRB500E steel bars can be connected with electroslag welding technology,and its construction should be in accordance with the small current,short electroslag time process characteristics to reduce joint overheating tendencies. When the tensile strength of steel base material is less than or in the vicinity of 1. 12 times of the standard tensile strength,the quality of welding electroslag welding joint can easily meet the requirements of standard.
