摘  要:根据现场实测数据对先进冷却系统(ADCOS)喷嘴集管及供水管路流场进行有限元计算,对流量分配管和喷嘴供水管在不同直径、不同入口流速条件下的流体状态进行了对比分析,得到了满足喷嘴集管需求的喷嘴供水管直径,为喷嘴集管的入口流态均匀性提供了保证,并研究了在此入口条件下具备多层阻尼结构的喷嘴集管的稳态流场状态,经过对喷嘴出口流速数据进行分析,可看出在设备能力区间,喷嘴集管出口流速具有良好的均匀性,标准差最大为0.2692,最小为0.0982.The flow field of the nozzle manifolds and water supply pipes in an advanced cooling system was analyzed by the finite element method according to field data. The flow states of nozzle manifolds were compared under the conditions of different diameters and different inlet flow velocities of distribution pipes, thus the optimal diameter of the distribution pipe was obtained to satisfy the demand of nozzle manifolds, which guarantees the uniform flow state of nozzle manifolds. In addition, the steady flow state of multi-layer damping nozzle manifold was studied. Within the equipment capacity, the outlet flow velocities of nozzle manifolds were uniform, with the standard deviation ranging from 0. 098 2 to 0. 269 2.
