广东沿海驯养条石鲷的全人工繁育及苗种生物学

摘　　要：在广东省饶平县采用经人工孵化并在室外水泥池培育成熟的条石鲷（Oplegnathus fasciatus）亲鱼进行人工繁殖和育苗技术研究.48尾亲鱼置于水体积为25 m3的5.5 m×4.5 m×1.0 m长方形水泥池中,经2a的人工养殖,于2008年4月10日开始产卵,亲鱼性成熟年龄为2龄,产卵期为4月中旬至7月15日,持续产卵3个多月,总产卵量为3 180万粒.受精卵为圆球形、透明、浮性,卵径为0.860±0.023 mm,油球1个,油球径为0.191±0.009 mm;初孵仔鱼全长1.836±0.078 mm;在广东较高的育苗温度条件下,条石鲷的亲鱼性成熟年龄和产卵季节较早,人工苗种生长速度较快.全长和体长、体高和体长的关系呈一元线性相关,体重和体长、体重和全长的关系为幂函数关系.采用室外水泥池育苗和池塘育苗2种方法,在水温为21.2-28.8℃、盐度为28-32条件下,共培育出2.0-6.2 cm的鱼苗121万尾,获得条石鲷南海区池塘全人工繁育成功,确定了室外水泥池和池塘人工育苗的饵料系列和工艺流程.Artificial breeding and seedling rearing on Oplegnathus fasciatus were carried out by using broodstocks produced from artificial hatched larvae reared in outdoor tanks in Raoping, Guangdong Province. Fourty-eight broodstocks were maintained in 5.5m × 4.5m × 1.0m rectangle cement tank for 2 years, Spawning of 2-year-old fish were observed continually from April 10, 2008 to July 15, during which about 31.80 million eggs in total were produced. Fertilized eggs were round, transparent and floating, in diameter of 0. 860 ± 0. 023mm and with one oil globule in diameter of 0. 191 ± 0. 009mm. The total length of newly-hatched larvae were 1. 836 ± 0. 078mm. It took shorter time for the maturation, and it spawned earlier and growth faster under higher temperature condition in Guangdong. Correlation total length with body length and body height could be expressed with linear equation. The correlations of body weight with body length and total length could be expressed with power equation. In outdoor tank and pond rearing regimes, 1.21 million fries with length in 2.0 - 6.2cm were produced under conditions of 21.2-28.8℃ and salinity 28 -32. Complete artificial bleeding of tank cultured Oplegnathus fasciatus finished successfully and food series and process chart for seedling rearing both in outdoor tank and pond were established.
