摘 要:目的 建立易制毒化学品丁酮及甲苯同时测定的方法.方法 常温下吸取液体上方空气100μL手动进样,GC/MS法定性.1000μL水中加入20μL 0.60%(v/v)检材溶液、20μL 1.00% (v/v)正丁醇溶液(内标)、1.00g硫酸铵,HS/GC/FID定量测定.结果 两种分析物的加标回收率为84.3%~110.0%;6次测定的RSD≤9.5%;线性范围为0.10%(v/v)~0.80%(v/v);检出限分别为2.5μg/mL、1.5μg/mL;定量结果经建立校正曲线可自动分析.结论 建立的方法可用于实际样品进行定性、定量分析.Objective To establish a method (or simultaneous determination of the butanone and methylbenzene. Methods 28 samples that were suspected to he precursor chemicals seized by Customs Service and standards of butanone and methylbenzene were analyzed qualitatively by GC/MS and analyzed quantitatively by HS-GC-FID. Results hutanone and methylbenzene were determined in all 28 seized samples. The extraction recoveries were in the range of 84. 3% ~ 110. 0%, RSD≤9.5% (n= 6), and the limits of detection were 2. 5 μg/mL and 1.5 μg/mL. Conclusion This method is suitable for analysis of hutanone and methylbenzene in casework.
