摘  要:针对某电厂1 000 MW超超临界机组进行了掺烧霍林河地区褐煤试验,分析了不同掺烧比例下,磨煤机和机组的综合性能。结果表明,随着掺烧褐煤比例的增加,磨煤机最大出力逐渐降低,掺烧30%时磨煤机最大出力为91.1t/h,100%褐煤时为46.2 t/h;掺烧比例为30%时,6台磨全部运行时机组才能带满负荷,掺烧比例大于30%时,机组最大出力将受到影响,最佳掺烧比例为30%;在最佳掺烧比例下,与设计煤质相比,锅炉热效率下降0.6个百分点;通过燃烧调整试验,锅炉效率提高0.25个百分点,NOx排放浓度为308.4 mg/Nm3。The test study is made on mixed combustion of Huolinhe lignite in a 1 000 MW power plant. Performances of mill and unit at the different of lignite blending ratio are analyzed. The results show that the maximal output of mill gradually reduces as the lignite blending ratio increasing. The maximal output of mill is 91.1 t/h as the lignite blending ratio is 30%, and the maximal output of mill is 46. 3 t/h as the lignite blending ratio is 100%. As the lignite blending ratio is 30% , six mills can make unit full load, and the effect on maximal output of unit will be obvious. The optimal lignite blending ratio is 30%. Boiler efficiency reduces 0. 6 percentage point compared with design coal in the condition of the optimal lignite blending ratio. The boiler efficiency can enhance 0. 25 percentage, and NOx emission concentration is 308.4 mg/Nm3 by combustion adjustment.
