摘  要:厂坝铅锌矿综选一车间所处理矿石属硫化铅锌矿石,方铅矿分布不均匀,嵌布关系复杂,铅回收率偏低。通过采用捕收剂D102加强对细粒级铅矿物及铅矿物富连生体的捕收,有效提高了铅回收率,同时在铅浮选作业添加适量的硫酸锌抑制闪锌矿,以降低闪锌矿的浮游活性,提高了铅精矿质量,最终工业应用铅回收率提高了2.51%。The Pb-Zn sulfide ore of Changba in Gansu province , which belongs to the first workshop in dressing plant , na-ture of this ore is complex dissemination , uneven distribution of galena ,and low recovery rate of lead .According to the case , by using collector D 102 which can strengthen the collecting effect of fine lead mineral and lead mineral rich intergrowth ,re-covery rate of lead have been improved effectively .At the same time, In order to improve the quality of the lead concen-trate,adding some zinc sulfate in lead flotation operation to inhibite sphalerite , and reduce planktonic activated sphalerite , so lead recycling rate increased 2.51%in industrial applications .
