摘　　要：板坯连铸过程中的二次冷却水控制,直接影响板坯表面质量和液心凝结速度。因此通过软件模型控制二次冷却水的喷淋强度,调整铸坯冷却速率,进而控制板坯质量。The secondary cooling water control of slab casting process , will be directly affect the slab surface quality and liquid core rate of condensation .So the control of the secondary cooling water spraying intensity by software model , could be control the quality of slab .The secondary cooling water control of slab casting process , directly affect the slab surface quality and liquid core rate of condensation .So the control of the secondary cooling water spraying intensity by software model , adjust the slab cooling rate , and control the quality of slab .
