武术套路运动员成就动机特征研究——基于运动成就目标理论

摘　　要：采用竞技动机量表(Competitive Motive Inventory)对28名武术套路运动员进行问卷调查研究。结果显示:女性运动员在娱乐动机追求和努力取向上的分数明显高于男性;运动年限十年以上的在娱乐动机上的得分非常显著地高于10年以下的运动员;努力取向可以对正性情绪进行预测,而运动年限10年以下和运动员二级有调节作用;竞技水平提高动机和性别变量可以对努力取向进行预测,运动员二级有调节作用;努力取向可以对竞技水平提高动机进行预测,且运动员二级有调节作用;运动年限可以对娱乐动机进行预测。无变量可以对社会认可动机进行预测。With the Competitive Motivation Inventory to test motivational characteristic of 28 wushu routine exercise athletes.The results show：the female athletes get higher scores than the male significantly in the motivation of athletic level improvement; Female athletes score higher significantly than male in the endeavor motivation; Athletes training more than a decade in training score significantly than those within a decade in the motivation of fun getting; Endeavor can predict sensibility and moderated by training span within a decade and by 2nd grade of sport; Motivation of athletic level improvement with gender are able to predict endeavor and moderated by 2nd grade of sport; Endeavor servers function of prediction on the motivation of athletic level improvement moderated by 2ND grade of sport; Training span is of prediction to fun getting motivation; There is no factor being able to predict social approval motivation.
