人工腰椎间盘位置与椎间活动度及其相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人工椎间盘放置位置与椎间活动度的相关性及其对应措施。方法回顾性分析我院于2009年3月-2010年4月接收的37例接受人工椎间盘置换的腰椎间盘突出患者的临床资料,比较手术前后所有患者的VAS与ODI评分及假体植入节段活动度、手术节段前缘高度。结果所有患者的ODI值及VAS评分在术后均得到了明显的改善(P<0.05);各组患者假体植入节段的活动度较术前均有所下降(P<0.05),而手术节段前缘高度较术前明显改善(P<0.05),假体植入节段活动度随着假体位置变差而随之降低,但两者之间的关系无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人工腰椎间盘放置位置对患者术后的椎间活动度会产生一定的影响,术中应实施有效的措施来降低假体放置位置的偏差。Objective To study the relationship of artificial lumbar intervertebral position and range of motion after total disc replacement and clinical management.Methods The clinical data of 37 patients accepted total disc replacement were analyzed.The VAS score,ODI score,flexion range of motion and intervetebral disc height before and after the surgery were compared.Results VAS score and ODI score of all the patients was statistically improved after the surgery （P〈0.05）.Flexion range of motion of different groups statistically decreased after the surgery （P〈0.05） and the intervetebral disc height was improved （P〈0.05）.The range of motion of artificial intervertebral decreased as the position became worse,but the relationship between them was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Artificial lumbar intervertebral position will influence the range of motion after total disc replacement.Effective measures should be taken to reduce the deviation of the artificial disc placement.
