摘 要:目的 研究AO微创内固定系统在股骨远端粉碎性骨折患者治疗中的应用价值.方法 将2008年1月~2012年12月期间我院骨科收治的股骨远端粉碎性骨折患者100例纳入研究,随机分为给予AO微创内固定系统治疗的观察组和常规钢板内固定的对照组各50例,观察手术相关指标及术后关节功能的恢复情况.结果 观察组术中出血量(45.2±7.2)ml、术后引流量(21.8±3.5)ml、术后下床活动时间(4.2±0.8)、完全负重下地时间(89.4±12.3)明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);术后3个月、0.5年以及1年时,观察组患者的Harris评分(64.83±9.81、67.53士18.44、72.41±19.35)及HSS评分(89.36±17.63、92.33±14.92、97.22±25.26)明显高于对照组(均P<0.01).结论 AO微创内固定系统治疗有助于减小手术创伤,促进术后恢复,改善髋关节和膝关节功能,具有积极的临床应用价值.Objective To study the application of AO less invasive stabilization system in treating femur distal comminuted fracture.Methods Femur distal comminuted fracture patients were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group given AO less invasive stabilization system treatment and control group given conventional platenternal fixation treatment.The operation related index and joint function index were observed.Results Observation group intraoperative bleeding volume (45.2 ± 7.2) ml,postoperative flow (21.8 ± 3.5) ml,postoperative out-of-bed time (4.2±0.8),full weight-bearing time (89.4± 12.3) were significantly lower than the control group.After 3 months,half a year and a year,Harris score (64.83 ± 9.81、67.53 ± 18.44、72.41 ± 19.35),HSS score (89.36 ± 17.63、92.33 ± 14.92、97.22±25.26) were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.01).Conclusion AO less invasive stabilization system has positive clinical value.It can the operation wound,promote the postoperative recovery and improve the hip joint and knee joint function.
