中医保守疗法配合骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医保守疗法配合骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选择确诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者78例,采用随机分组法分为对照组和治疗组,对照组38例采取间歇牵引、何氏手法治疗、穴位注射、内服外用中药、温针以及中药熏药等保守治疗;治疗组40例在上述治疗基础上,用甲钴胺注射液2mg、曲安奈德注射液40mg、0.9%氯化钠20ml、2%利多卡因5ml骶管注射治疗,观察患者治疗后症状恢复优良率,并进行统计分析。结果对照组总有效率68.4%,治疗组总有效率87.5%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中医保守疗法配合骶管注射可提高腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of TCM conservative treatment combined with sacrum injection on cure of pro-lapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 78 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with conservative methods ineluding intermittent traction,He＇s unique manipulation,acupoint injection,orally-taken tablets and externally-laid herbals,acupuncture and moxibustion.The experimental group was treated with sacrum injection of 2mg of Mecobalamin Injection based on the conservative treatment.The excellent rate of recovery was observed.Results The total effective rate of the control group and the experimental group were 68.4% and 87.5% （P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM conservative treatment combined with sacrum injection can improve the clinical effect of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
