综合护理对手部软组织缺损皮瓣修复术后疼痛症状的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨综合护理干预对手部软组织缺损皮瓣修复术患者术后疼痛和恢复情况的影响.方法 选择我院2010年4月～2013年4月进行手部软组织缺损皮瓣修复术的患者187例,根据护理方法分为观察组和对照组,对照组92例行常规护理干预,观察组95例在对照组的基础上行综合护理干预,比较两组患者疼痛症状的改善和护理满意度.结果 观察组疼痛率为31.6％（30/95例）,显著低于时照组的52.2％（48/92例）,且以轻度疼痛患者居多;疼痛评分为（3.4±0.8）分,显著低于对照组的（6.7±1.5）分;护理满意度为88.4％（84/95例）,显著高于对照组的69.6％（64/92例）,组间差异均具有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 综合护理干预有助于改善手部软组织缺损皮瓣修复术患者的术后疼痛,能提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用.Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for hand soft tissue defect with skin flap in repair of postoperative pain and recovery.Methods 187 patients with soft tissue defects of hand kin flap repair were divided into the observation group and the control group.92 patients in the control group used routine nursing intervention,and 95 cases in observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The improvement and nursing of pain symptom were observed.Results Pain rate in observation group （31.6%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （52.2%）.The pain score in observation group （3.4 ±0.8） was significantly lower than that of the control group （6.7± 1.5）%.The nursing satisfaction in observation group （88.4%） was significantly higher than in control group （69.6%）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to improve the soft tissue defects of hand skin flap in the repair of postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction.
