疼痛管理在骨科手术患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛管理在骨科手术患者中的应用效果。方法将80例应用疼痛管理的骨科手术患者作为管理组,按传统护理方法管理的80例骨科手术患者为对照组,比较两组患者术后疼痛强度、睡眠时间及对疼痛管理满意度情况。结果管理组患者睡眠时间比对照组延长,术后疼痛满意度调查管理组比对照组得分增高,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论疼痛管理应用于骨科手术患者能有效缓解患者的疼痛,从而促进患者的康复,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the application of pain management in patients with orthopaedic surgery effect.Methods 80 patients with orthopedic surgery （management group） were treated with pain management.80 patients with orthopedic （control group） were treated with routine nursing.The postoperative pain intensity,sleep time and satisfaction were observed.Results The sleep hours of management group was longer than that of the control group （P〈0.01）.The degree of satisfaction of pain management of management group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Pain management applications in orthopaedic surgery patients can effectively reduce the pain of patients,promote patient＇s rehabilitation and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
