大理州1994-2012年艾滋病病毒感染者/病人死亡情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析大理州艾滋病病毒感染者/病人(HIV感染者/AIDS病人)死亡情况。[方法]对国家艾滋病综合防治数据信息系统中按录入日期选择2012年前现住址为大理州的HIV感染者/AIDS病人死亡病例进行分析。[结果]截至2012年底累计报告现住址为大理州HIV感染者/AIDS病人死亡1857例,其人群分布如下:男84.2%、汉族66.0%、白族19.7%、已婚有配偶52.5%、初中及以下文化程度86.9%、农民54.1%、家务及待业25.4%.、25-44岁年龄段75.0%;平均死亡年龄(40.1±11.9)岁;因AIDS、非AIDS其他疾病、吸毒过量、自杀而死亡的比例分别是57.4%、20.8%、15.9%和1.6%,还有4.3%死亡原因不详。死亡病例HIV确认阳性后存活时间中位数是1.9年,确认阳性后1年内死亡的占39.1%。[结论]大理州近几年HIV感染者/AIDS病人死亡病例数逐年增加,AIDS是目前主要的死亡原因;死亡原因报告质量有待提高;病例发现晚,应继续扩大HIV检测覆盖面。Objective To analyze deaths cases of HIV/AIDS patients in dali prefecture. Methods Analyzed deaths cases of HIV/AIDS patients who lived in Dali prefecture and were inputted in ＂China National Information System for HIV /AIDS Control and Prevention＂ before 2012. Results Up to the end of 2012, a total of 1857 deceased local HIV/AIDS cases were reported in dali. Among them, 84.2% were males, 66.0% were Han nationality,19.7% were Bai nationality,52.5% were married, 86.9% of them were under the junior high school, 54.1% were farmers and 25.4% were unemployed. 75.0% of them were 25-44 years old. The average death age was （40.1±11.9） years old. Those who died of AIDS, non-AIDS related diseases, drug overuse, and suicide was 57.4%, 20.8%, 15.9%, 1.6% respectively, In addition, 4.3% died of unknown causes. The median of survival time after HIV positive confimaation was only 1.9 years, and 39.1% died within I year. Conclusions The annually reported number of local deceased HIV/AIDS cases is increasing in recent years in DaLi. AIDS is the main cause of death. It is necessary to improve to the quality of death-cause reporting. HIV/AIDS cases detect too late, the coverage of HIV testing should be urgently expanded.
