区域创新体系信息资源配置研究现状分析

摘　　要：对国内外有关区域创新体系、信息资源配置、区域创新体系中信息资源配置的研究成果进行梳理,从基础理论、配置原则、配置效率评价以及配置模式等方面进行论述,得出以下结论:目前国内外在区域创新体系中信息资源配置研究方面尚缺乏一套成形的规范的理论体系,需要结合区域创新体系的特点以及区域创新主体创新能力、创新环境、信息资源配置规模等要素,不断完善和丰富区域创新体系中信息资源配置的理论与实证研究。The paper sorts related research results of information resources allocation home and abroad in regional innovation system, information resources allocation and information resources allocation in regional innovation system. Specifically, the basic theories, allocation principles, allocation efficiency evaluations and allocation modes are discussed. It concludes that information resources allo- cation in regional innovation system lacks a set of forming theoretical system at present, and needs to combine with traits of regional innovation system, and elements of it including regional innovation mainbody＇s innovative capacity, innovative environment and information resources allocation scale, to enrich and perfect theoretical and empirical research on regional innovation information resources allocation
