摘 要:采用粉末冶金法制备了不同Zr元素添加量的钼合金,并研究了Zr元素添加量对钼合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Zr元素对钼合金的强化作用主要体现在以下方面:Zr元素添加到Mo基体中以后,会形成第二相氧化物,产生第二相强化;Zr元素能够固溶到Mo基体中产生固溶强化,并且对基体晶粒有细化作用。添加Zr元素的钼合金在室温下的抗拉强度均高于纯Mo,延伸率均低于纯Mo;当ZrH2添加量在0.08%~0.15%范围时,随着ZrH2添加量的增加,钼合金的抗拉强度不断升高,延伸率则呈先上升后下降的趋势,并在ZrH2添加量为0.12%时达最大值。Molybdenum alloys with different Zr dosage were prepared by powder metallurgy,and the influences were studied of Zr dosage on the microstructure and properties of molybdenum alloy. The results show that the strengthening effects of Zr element on the molybdenum alloy are mainly reflected in two aspects:one is the second phase strengthening from the second phase oxide generated after Zr element added to Mo matrix,and the other is solution reinforcement and grain refinement both from Zr dissolved into Mo matrix. The tensile strength of all the Zr-doped molybdenum alloys is higher than pure molybdenum at room temperature,while their elongation is the opposite. Under the condition of Zr dosage 0.08%-0. 15%,the tensile strength of molybdenum alloy increases with the increase of Zr dosage,while the elongation increases at first and then decreases and reaches the maximum when Zr dosage is 0.19,%.
